PROTiM Sp. z o.o. specializes in building collective packaging machines for corrugated and solid cardboard packaging, responding to specific customer needs. We focus on your requirements, primarily on the expected functionality and efficiencies, but not forgetting about  aspects such as available space or the cost-effectiveness of the solution. Despite using components of the highest quality, we try to avoid costly solutions. This means that we optimize the machine's movements for efficiency and ranges, avoiding unnecessary expenditures where there is no need. E.g., we replace a multi-axis robot inside a machine with a manipulator with two or three servo axes. The exemplary solution is firstly cheaper as an investment, but it is also far more financially advantageous in terms of subsequent maintenance and servicing. We optimize the machine changeover process by seeking a compromise between short changeover times and the high cost of fully automatic solutions.

Additionally, we make sure that the steps to be taken during changeovers are unambiguous and simple. This way of acting results in simple, fast and economical solutions, highly appreciated by our customers.
